Our client is a fast-growing fintech infrastructure company building the digital operating layer for global capital markets, bringing 24/7 liquidity, transparent pricing, and programmable rails to traditional finance. They specialize in compliant, end-to-end tokenization of traditional financial assets, connecting legacy markets with blockchain infrastructure to create financial products that are accessible, composable, and always open.
We are looking for a Senior Product Growth leader to act as the connective tissue of the organization. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, and growth, working directly with senior leadership to turn vision into operating rhythm and measurable outcomes. This is a high-leverage role with broad ownership, spanning OKR design, process optimization, support for strategic partnerships, and building the analytical infrastructure that underpins decision-making.
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Product Growth
Strategy & Planning
- Partner with the leadership team to define the core product roadmap, including product goals, priorities, and delivery cadence across different stages of the business.
- Continuously track market dynamics and the competitive landscape across RWA, online brokerage, wealth management, crypto trading platforms, and broader fintech products, and feed insights into product and business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, business development, legal and compliance, engineering, and design to translate strategic direction into clear, actionable product requirements.
Product Execution & Project Management
- Drive products end-to-end: from requirement definition and solution design, through development planning, testing and acceptance, to launch and iterative improvement based on user feedback.
- Own and optimize the internal tool stack (e.g. Notion, Linear and other collaboration tools) to enable efficient asynchronous teamwork.
- Establish clear project rhythms, requirement management processes, and cross-functional communication workflows to improve execution efficiency.
User Research & Data Analysis
- Act as a hands-on product researcher by deeply experiencing competing platforms as a real user, dissecting their product experience, yield structure, onboarding and registration flows, and user journeys to generate actionable insights for the roadmap.
- Build and maintain the company's core metric system (including AUM, user pipeline, asset performance, protocol revenue) and design dashboards that support genuinely data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze both on-chain and off-chain data to understand user behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics, and define and continually refine the most important KPIs at each stage of the company's growth.
Candidate Profile for the Senior Product Growth
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, management consulting, or similar high-ownership roles, ideally with at least one stint at an early-stage or growth-stage company.
- Strong grounding in traditional financial products, with the ability to speak fluently about fixed income instruments, private credit structures, yield mechanics, and how retail and institutional investors think about risk and return.
- Hands-on researcher mindset: you enjoy signing up for competitors platforms, probing their flows, and documenting your findings with precision and clarity.
- High comfort with ambiguity and a strong bias for action: you can define the problem, propose solutions, and execute without waiting for direction.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability: you treat outcomes as if they were your own.
- Ability to switch seamlessly between 10,000-foot strategic thinking and in-the-weeds execution, while maintaining high quality at both levels.
