Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Senior Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end Finacle Core Banking implementations, bridging business requirements with technical execution. The role requires strong expertise in Finacle Scripting, PL/SQL, and core banking modules such as CASA, TD, and Loans.

Key Responsibilities:

Finacle Solutioning

• Lead end-to-end solutioning, including functional design, gap analysis, and configuration of Finacle modules.
• Develop customizations using Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL to address tailored banking requirements.
• Handle API integrations, batch job scheduling and monitoring, and menu customization.

Business & Delivery

• Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Manage delivery milestones and support implementation activities.
• Support UAT, troubleshooting, and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of Finacle techno-functional experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL.
• Deep knowledge of Finacle modules such as CASA, TD, or Loans.
• Experience with API integration, batch job scheduling, and monitoring.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.
