What you'll do

• You will take full ownership of your work, ensuring every detail is meticulously crafted—from initial sketches to high-fidelity final designs.
• You will move fast to generate multiple concepts and prototypes, knowing when to explore further and when to pivot to a new approach based on user testing and feedback.
• You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals and technical feasibility.
• You will consider existing insights, technical constraints, business needs, and platform demands to create informed, data-driven solutions.
• You will mentor junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative, high-performing design culture.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in product design, specifically for mobile and web platforms, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.

• You have a user-first approach.

You believe in human-centred design, conducting research, usability testing, and iterating based on real user feedback to refine your work.
