Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Design Projects: Manage and execute the design process from concept to final product for new features and improvements on the VMock platform.
• User Research: Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
• Concept Development: Translate product requirements and user research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Visual Design: Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and ensure the highest quality of visual design across all products.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
• Design Systems: Build and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Data-Driven Design: Use data and analytics to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Advocacy: Advocate for user-centered design and product thinking within the organization.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
• Design QA: Communicate with engineering teams as designs are implemented to ensure products meet the usability standards. Analyze, resolve and track defects to closure

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Responsive Web-designing: Experience in designing for mobile and web applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Experience working in a startup or tech environment.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices.
