Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

We're hiring a senior product designer to help build the next generation of our trader-facing products. You'll take existing interactive prototypes and turn them into a complete, production-ready Figma design system and screen set. Remote, with 3–4 hours of daily overlap with Dubai (GST, UTC+4).

The product direction is set and working prototypes already exist, with an established visual language. You are not starting from a blank page. Your job is to make it complete, consistent, accessible and buildable, so our engineers can build every screen from Figma without guessing.

Responsibilities:

• Audit the existing prototypes and turn them into a structured Figma file

• Build the design system: variables and tokens with light and dark modes, type scale, components with all variants and states

• Design production screens, mobile-first web with full desktop layouts, across trading interfaces, trader dashboards, onboarding, checkout and payments, profiles, and rewards and referral areas

• Design every state: loading, empty, error, offline, latency and edge cases

• Produce clickable prototypes for key flows and a motion spec for meaningful interactions

• Create supporting graphics: icons, badges, marketing asset templates and email templates

• Deliver developer-ready handoff in Dev Mode, with annotations and component documentation

• Meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility

• Run design QA with the front-end team through build

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product design, with at least 2 shipped products in trading, brokerage, prop trading or fintech • A portfolio showing data-dense, real-time interfaces: charts, order entry, tables, dashboards

• Expert Figma: variables and modes, component properties, auto layout, libraries, Dev Mode handoff

• Has built or rebuilt a design system from an existing product

• Mobile-first responsive web design

• Thorough with edge cases and error states

• Understands how front ends are built and has worked directly with developers

• Fluent written English; works independently with async feedback

• Please include your portfolio (ideally with a trading, brokerage or fintech case study) and a link to a Figma design system you built or maintained.

• Understanding of leveraged trading (forex, CFDs, futures: leverage, margin, risk limits) and funded-trader programmes

• Gamification, loyalty and referral programme design

• Motion design (Figma prototyping, Lottie or Rive)

• Illustration and badge design

• Arabic/RTL layout experience
