Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

What You'll Own

• End-to-end design for new and existing features across web and mobile products
• Create clean, intuitive, and delightful user experiences backed by research and best practices
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to define flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UIs
• Bring a strong point of view on design decisions and push for user-centric outcomes
• Champion design systems and help scale visual consistency across the platform

What We're Looking For

• 35+ years of product/UI/UX design experience, preferably in B2B or data-heavy applications
• A strong portfolio that showcases your design thinking, process, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools), along with solid knowledge of UX patterns, UI principles, and accessibility
• Someone who's not afraid to challenge assumptions, advocate for users, and move fast
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and WFO setup in Chennai

Good to Have

• Experience working with financial products, dashboards, or workflow automation
• Ability to run or contribute to user testing and usability research
• Motion/interaction design skills
