Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

Responsibilities

. Establish and define the foundation of product design and brand identity from the ground up.

. Lead the creation of a cohesive design language that integrates product UX/UI, brand design, and scalable design systems.

. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to shape how the product looks, feels, and communicates with users.

. Develop and maintain a scalable design system to support product evolution and consistency across platforms.

. Drive the visual identity of the product, ensuring alignment with brand values and user experience goals.

. Balance strategic design thinking with hands-on execution, delivering high-quality design outputs.

. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve product experience.

. Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the organization.

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree/Master Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field(or equivalent practical experience).

. Min6 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or related roles, preferably in tech or digital products.

. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product design, brand identity, and designsystems.

. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.

. Experience building and scaling design systems from scratch.

. Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.

. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

. Ability to thrive in an early-stage product environment, with a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset.

. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into practical design execution.
