Role Overview

We are looking for a to join our team at Truemeds and take Senior Product Designer

ownership of end-to-end design processes. In this role, you will play a critical role in

shaping our product strategy, driving key design decisions, and collaborating with cross

functional teams to create seamless, impactful user experiences. You will work closely

with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define design solutions

that improve healthcare access and empower users to save up to 70% on medicines

through better decision-making.

success of Truemeds.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design strategy for key product areas, ensuring a user-centered approach

while aligning with business objectives.

-Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to define

requirements, identify pain points, and craft intuitive solutions.

- Own the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping,

testing and final implementation.

-Develop, refine, and scale design systems to ensure a cohesive experience across

platforms.

-Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven iterations to continuously

improve product experiences. -

- Advocate for design excellence and foster a collaborative environment, and driving

innovation in design execution.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in a fast-growing startup or a

dynamic product environment.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, UX research, and

design system development.

- Ability to translate complex business problems into elegant, user-centric solutions.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Benefits
