About The Role
We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to own and evolve our design system. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating scalable solutions that enable teams to build faster while maintaining a consistent, high-quality user experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead the evolution of our design system, defining patterns, components, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure consistency across products.
- Document standards and provide guidance on best practices.
- Conduct audits to identify gaps in design and implementation.
- Balance flexibility and consistency to empower creativity while ensuring coherence.
What We're Looking For
- 35 years of product design experience with exposure to system-level design.
- Strong skills in component libraries, interaction patterns, and documentation.
- Ability to advocate for design consistency while understanding product trade-offs.
- Strong cross-functional communicator who can bridge design and engineering.
- Portfolio demonstrating experience building or scaling design systems.
