Senior Product Designer

Qiro is building the infrastructure fortokenized private creditandon-chain underwriting.Our mission is to make private credittransparent, efficient, and globally accessible bridging traditional finance with decentralized technology.

We design products that power institutional-grade credit markets on-chain combining data-driven underwriting, tokenized funds, and compliant DeFi rails.

As aProduct Designerat Qiro, you'll craft data-rich, intuitive experiences that bring credit products to life from underwriting dashboards to investor interfaces. You'll collaborate with engineers, PMs, and data scientists to make complex systems transparent and delightful.

This is afull-time, in-office IC rolewhere you'll own end-to-end design across our underwriting and investor platforms, working directly with founders and engineers.

• Lead design for a core product area (underwriting tools, investor dashboards, analytics).
• Translate complex financial and technical logic into intuitive, trustworthy user journeys.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs with clarity and intent.
• Define design principles and contribute to our system of components and visual patterns.
• Work closely with PMs and engineers to bring designs into production quickly and accurately.
• Present work clearly with strong storytelling grounded in reasoning and product goals.

• 5+ yearsof product or interaction design experience, preferably infintech or data-heavy products.
• Proven track record owning 01 products or high-impact design areas.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with an eye forclarity, hierarchy, and usability.
• Experienced collaborating with product and engineering teams in agile environments.
• Data-informed and user-centered, turning insights into actionable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity withFigmaand modern design workflows.
• Product management or product strategy experience is a plus.
• Familiarity withfinancial systems, dashboards, or DeFiis a plus.
