Senior Product Designer

HealthifyMe is a leading fitness and nutrition platform transforming how people manage their health. With AI-powered tools and a vast Indian food database, we deliver personalized nutrition and fitness experiences at scale.

Role Overview-

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own end-to-end experiences across the HealthifyMe app, web, and AI-powered products. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and Business teams to solve complex user problems and shape the future of AI-driven health experiences. We're looking for a designer who is AI-native, highly curious, and comfortable experimenting with emerging tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design, from problem discovery and research to launch and iteration.
• Proactively identify user and business problems and turn them into impactful product solutions.
• Design AI-first experiences including personalisation, conversational UX, intelligent recommendations, and AI-powered journeys.
• Use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Figma AI, Cursor, Perplexity, and other emerging AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and execution.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and Business teams to influence product strategy and outcomes.
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to inform design decisions and measure impact.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs, and high-quality UI across mobile and web.
• Establish design frameworks and processes that improve team efficiency and product consistency.
• Mentor designers and contribute to a strong design culture and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product/Interaction/UX Design, preferably in consumer-facing mobile or web products.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, design systems, and product thinking.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent craft, problem-solving, and product impact.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and AI-powered product experiences.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of LLMs, conversational UX, AI agents, personalization, and emerging AI interaction patternsis a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• A proactive, experimentation-driven mindset and genuine curiosity about AI and the future of consumer technology.
