Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with users to understand behavior, needs, and challenges.
Define design ambitions, standards, and best practices aligned with global trends.
Strategize and develop visual design systems, pattern libraries, and user interfaces for all critical journeys (app, web, support, etc.).
Design intuitive, effective, and memorable UI/UX experiences.
Collaborate with freelancers, interns, and partners to execute design initiatives.
Measure the impact of design work and iterate to enhance outcomes.
Co-own critical product and customer metrics with product owners.
Incorporate material design, interaction design, and communication principles in all deliverables.
