Senior Product Designer

Dream11 is looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to shape our product's visual language and interaction design. You'll drive pixel-perfect, brand-aligned UI with a strong understanding of how design impacts usability, complementing your solid UX foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create clean, consistent, and visually compelling designs with an obsessive attention to layout, spacing, typography, and color.
• Own and execute the UI and visual design strategy for major product features.
• Collaborate closely with Product & Design Managers to shape problem definitions and design execution plans.
• Partner with the data team to design metrics-driven, user-centric solutions.
• Work hand-in-hand with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation across devices.
• Utilize data and user feedback to refine UI patterns and elevate overall product quality.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system with a strong focus on visual consistency and scalable components.
• Conduct rigorous design reviews and UI polish sessions during development.
• Share constructive feedback and mentor designers to raise the bar on visual quality.
• Maintain UX fundamentals where necessary, ensuring flows are intuitive even when the primary focus is visual.
• Operate with a high degree of ownership and urgency within a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of experience as a Product Designer, specifically working on consumer-facing mobile/web applications.
• Demonstrated strong expertise in UI and visual design, showcased through a polished, high-quality portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Clear understanding of UX principles, user flows, and interaction patterns (though this is not a UX-heavy role).
• Experience working with or contributing to a design system.
• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Skills

• Ability to balance creative vision with product and engineering constraints.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design decisions effectively.
• Webflow knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with generative tools like GPT-4o, Midjourney, or Ideogram for visual asset creation is a strong bonus.
• A passion for sports, trading, or fantasy cricket is a definite plus.
