Role Overview
We are hiring a Product Designer to own product design across our core platform.
This is primarily a product role. You will design real workflows used by merchants handling real revenue. Clarity, trust and usability matter deeply.
You will work closely with founders, product and engineering to shape the user experience end to end.
What You Will Do
Core Product Design
- Design end to end flows across checkout, dashboard, subscriptions, payouts, reporting and compliance
- Simplify complex financial, tax and operational workflows
- Design edge cases, states and error handling thoughtfully
- Improve onboarding and conversion across the merchant journey
Design System
- Contribute to and evolve our design system
- Ensure consistency across product surfaces
- Work with engineering to maintain design quality in implementation
Growth and Optimization
- Improve checkout UX and conversion rates
- Refine pricing, upgrade and plan selection flows
- Run small experiments and iterate quickly
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineers on feasibility and implementation
- Participate in product discussions from problem definition stage
- Help define UX strategy, not just UI
Occasionally, you may contribute to website improvements or launch assets, but the core focus is product.
What We Are Looking For
- 3 to 6 years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio of shipped SaaS or fintech products
- Systems thinker who understands flows, not just screens
- Ability to go from ambiguity to clear UX independently
- Strong attention to detail and interaction design
- Comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment
Bonus If You Have
- Experience in payments, billing or fintech
- Experience designing developer tools
- Basic frontend understanding
- Worked on data heavy interfaces

- Redesigned at least one major product flow
- Improved a key usability or conversion metric
- Brought stronger structure to design consistency
In 6 Months
- Product feels more cohesive and intuitive
- Onboarding friction is lower
- Checkout and dashboard UX feel sharper and more trustworthy
