Senior Product Designer

Youll design at the intersection of AI, procurement and enterprise control, shaping experience for users globally from procurement leaders to suppliers. Make complex workflows humanfriendly, work with crossfunctional teams, and define our design voice as we scale.

Experience: 5 years in SaaS / B2B product

What Youll Do:

1. Solving multiple complex procurement business problems.
2. Dream up progressive user experience and interfaces.
3. Map user journeys and craft personas for procurement teams and supplier users
4. Produce wireframes, prototypes (Figma preferred), mockups and micro-interactions
5. Collaborate with product, engineering and sometimes AI team to shape flows and experiences
6. Conduct lightweight user research interviews, usability testing and iterate designs
7. Help build and evolve a design system and UI component library
8. Advocate for usability, accessibility and ride along with front-end teams on handoffs
