Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager (Growth & UX) with 10+ years of product leadership experience and a proven track record of building and scaling world-class digital products.
This is a high-impact role for someone who has successfully led growth initiatives, UX transformations, and product innovation across multiple apps or platforms — with measurable business outcomes and a portfolio of standout projects to demonstrate.
You will own the strategy and execution of growth and user experience across the product lifecycle, delivering intuitive journeys, scalable engagement loops, and revenue-driving features.
Key Responsibilities
Product Growth Leadership
- Lead the product growth roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Identify and execute high-impact opportunities through funnel optimization and experimentation
- Build scalable product-led growth loops that drive measurable business outcomes
- Own growth KPIs such as conversion, engagement, churn reduction, and LTV improvement
UX & Experience Excellence
- Drive end-to-end UX improvements across customer journeys, onboarding, and core workflows
- Partner with design teams to deliver elegant, frictionless experiences at scale
- Champion customer-centric design principles and usability best practices
- Ensure product experiences are consistent, delightful, and optimized across platforms
Data + Experimentation Mastery
- Establish a high-velocity experimentation culture (A/B testing, multivariate testing, feature rollouts)
- Use analytics and customer insights to uncover behavioral patterns and drop-off points
- Translate insights into actionable product decisions and prioritized roadmaps
Proven Execution & Delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex products from concept to launch
- Own PRDs, user stories, and execution plans with clarity and precision
- Drive alignment across engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality outcomes with speed, rigor, and accountability
Senior Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Serve as a strategic product partner to leadership and executive teams
- Mentor product managers and help elevate product craft across the organization
- Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and growth impact clearly
Required Qualifications
Must-Have
- 10+ years of product management experience, with significant ownership of growth + UX initiatives
- Proven record of launching and scaling successful apps, platforms, or digital products
- Portfolio of impactful projects demonstrating UX excellence and measurable growth wins
- Strong expertise in customer journey optimization and product experimentation
- Deep understanding of analytics, product metrics, and user behavior
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional execution skills
Preferred Background
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, telecom, consumer apps, or high-scale digital ecosystems
- Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Hotjar, FullStory, Figma
- Strong understanding of monetization models (subscriptions, marketplaces, PLG)
- Experience working in fast-paced growth-stage startups or innovation-driven teams
