How You'll Make An Impact

- Design of capacitor unit and capacitor bank.
- Calculation of HVDC/series capacitor electrical and mechanical parameters
- Preparation of order bound drawings using Autocad software
- Design calculation using design software.
- Preparing Bill of material and uploading bill of material in SAP, Release the design data in Digital passport system
- Support to offer engineering by providing costing
- Support to manufacturing and testing and service for design related queries.
- Type test co ordination with external laboratory CPRI ERDA or any other approved testing laboratory
- Material planning for long lead components.

Your Background
- Bachelor of Engineer – Electrical. With experience of 8 to 10 years in same or similar product design ex current transformer/ Capacitor voltage transformer/ capacitor bank/ transformer etc.
- Candidate should be technically sound as well as interested in product design.
- Good knowledge on Autocad software. CREO knowledge will be additional advantage
- Interest in mathematical calculations and technical writeups.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and word.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
