As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Wires team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. You will support UAT and ensure successful delivery of enhancements and new features for wires team. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Managers to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product team to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for product releases, enhancements, and defect fixes
- Develop, review, and maintain UAT test plans, scripts, and scenarios based on business requirements and functional specifications
- Identify, document, and track defects work with technology partners to resolve issues and validate fixes.
- Support the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, test execution, and post-implementation validation
- Provide clear and timely status updates, test results, and issue escalations to project and product leadership
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance UAT efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the testing process
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of experience in product delivery, UAT, or business analysis within payments, banking, or financial services
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing and executing test plans and scripts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with UAT tools and defect management systems
- Knowledge of SWIFT, Fedwire, or other domestic and cross border payment networks
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Familiarity with payment platforms, and related change management processes
