Primary/Essential Duties And Key Responsibilities
- Breaks features into stories and communicates these requirements to engineers and designers via user stories, use case scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
- Responsible for leading the requirements refinement and grooming sessions.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog by working with the management, product owner and development team in sizing/prioritizing requirements for current and future release.
- Ensure the acceptance criteria are met with the current release and conduct sprint reviews from a business/customer perspective, and perform detailed product demonstrations for external and internal audiences to communicate the benefits of the solution.
- Work with the stakeholders to make sure the release notes, user guides and related artifacts are prepared and shared to respective teams during the release.
- Participate in the planning, development, coordination and presentation of specific testing needs as appropriate to the quality assurance needs of the end user.
- Frequently communicate with stakeholders throughout SDLC to resolve open issues, and manage change requests (CRs) through the internal portal.
- Closely collaborate with Sales, Services, and Support teams to ensure their needs are being met, and clearly understand dependencies and drive the solution process.
- Assists the engineering team with troubleshooting product escalations from customers.
- Regularly monitor and control the metrics to meet project/product goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience working with software development methods such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, unit testing, modules, agile development, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, tech, design or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in JIRA (Agile tool), Intellectual Property domain, and Salesforce (Preferred)
- Knowledge in IP(Intellectual property) domain is preferred
