About the Role
We are looking for a candidate with 8–12 years in Product/Solution Consulting, Engagement Management, or Enterprise SaaS delivery. The role involves leading delivery teams and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership & PMO
- Own project & portfolio plan stability across your POD; enforce governance, cadence & metrics
- Approve baselines, review sprint health & drive milestone predictability across all owned projects
- Enforce exception & escalation governance with quality and timeliness
Solution Consulting & Oversight
- Review BRDs for feasibility, product alignment & long-term supportability
- Validate sold solutions vs product capability; enforce scope discipline post-discovery
- Confirm functional & operational readiness at go-live
Stakeholder Management
- Establish executive governance, escalation paths & SteerCo cadence
- Own escalation resolution across client & internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Tech)
- Manage leadership expectations on readiness, residual risk & trade-offs
People Leadership & Coaching
- Coach PCs on structured discovery, planning, decision framing & prioritisation
- Review PCs plans, correct gaps & guide BA allocation across the POD
- Drive talent development, growth plans & role-readiness within the team
Practicality & Communication
- Ensure realistic forecasting; force critical-path focus under pressure
- Maintain calm, executive-level communication across all delivery stages
- Drive knowledge capture, lessons learned & playbook updates
Qualifications
- 8–12 yrs in Product/Solution Consulting, Engagement Management, or Enterprise SaaS delivery
- 2+ years leading or coaching delivery teams (PCs, BAs, or equivalent)
- Procurement / supply chain / spend management domain exposure
- Strong B2B SaaS & enterprise workflow understanding
- Proven ownership of end-to-end delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to validate solutions against product capability & enforce scope discipline
- Executive-level stakeholder management & structured communication
- Pragmatic decision-making under pressure with critical-path focus
Required Skills
- Experience with Indian & US enterprise customers
