As a Senior Product Associate within our product organization, you will execute features and experiments that impact disclosed pricing terms, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and support build, test, and deployment.

- Partner across product, tech, data, and design to clarify problem statements and use cases ensure requirements are right-sized and traceable through delivery.
- Maintain a feature-level backlog manage dependencies, support sprint ceremonies, and track delivery status and risks.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer journeys and assess product impacts assist with experiment design and performance readouts.
- Prepare product artifacts and documentation that support a strong control environment (e.g., PRDs/BRDs, requirements traceability, testing evidence, risk and control checklists).
- Support test planning and execution with an automation-first mindset where feasible help coordinate UAT and release readiness checks.
- Communicate concise status and non-technical/technical updates for stakeholders support senior product leaders with materials for executive reviews.
- Monitor post-release outcomes and customer signals surface issues, support incident triage, and document learnings to inform incremental improvements.
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
- Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience in product, analytics, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience operating within Agile methodologies and partnering with engineering to deliver increments.
- Strong written requirements skills (user stories, acceptance criteria) and familiarity with backlog tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting A/B or feature performance metrics in partnership with data teams.
- Proactive stakeholder coordination and clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint including Pivot Tables).
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in fintech or financial services is preferred
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms, BI tools, or basic SQL.
- Awareness of risk, control, and regulatory considerations in consumer credit or card products.
- Exposure to modern technology concepts (APIs, microservices, cloud, data pipelines) and Agile testing practices hands-on expertise a plus but not required.
