As a Senior Product Associate in the Home Lending Team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities
  • Lead assigned capabilities from discovery and definition through build, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization, ensuring measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Partner with product leadership to internalize strategy, identify opportunity areas, andconceive featuresthat advance strategic priorities and customer needs.
  • Own and maintain feature-level roadmaps for your capabilities, define milestones and dependencies, and ensure plans are communicated and understood by key partners.
  • Translate strategy and insights into epics/user stories with clear acceptance criteria, prioritize the backlog, and manage trade-offs to deliver maximum value.
  • Engage daily with engineering, data, and design teams to clarify requirements, align on solution approach, resolve blockers, and deliver high-quality increments on time.
  • Lead/support agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to drive execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish success metrics, monitor performance and user behavior, identify friction/defects/opportunities, and drive optimization initiatives using data-driven decisions.
  • Provide transparent updates on progress, outcomes, risks, and trade-offs align stakeholders on priorities and next steps
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor capabilities, and emerging technologies incorporate relevant insights into feature conception and roadmap updates.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to own features from concept through launch and optimization, delivering measurable outcomes
  • Ability to understand product strategy deeply, frame problems/opportunities, and design capabilities/features that align to strategic goals.
  • Ability to uncover customer needs and root causes and prioritize work that delivers value.
  • Proficiency in defining KPIs, analyzing performance, and using insights to iterate and optimize user experience and business outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership and stakeholder management skills able to communicate goals, priorities, trade-offs, and progress clearly.
  • Solid understanding of product development concepts to collaborate effectively with engineering and navigate technical trade-offs.
  • Experience working within agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to manage backlogs, plan sprints, and deliver high-quality increments.
  • Ability to form clear problem statements, identify root causes, and drive pragmatic solutions aligned to user and business objectives.
  • Experience conducting research and translating insights into differentiated product capabilities.
