Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Product Owner with a strong background in Salesforce solutions to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing Salesforce projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication of business requirements.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team is focused on delivering value.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve product offerings.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments.
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder).
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce product ownership or related roles.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
