About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Product Analyst to join our Product Management team within the Digital Strategy department. This role demands strong hands-on expertise across product analytics, UX, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving data-backed insights, defining product requirements, and working closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery of digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product performance and user behavior to drive data-informed decision-making
• Define, monitor, and optimize product KPIs using analytics tools
• Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and objectives
• Perform detailed requirement gathering and documentation
• Translate requirements into structured product backlogs and user stories
• Design workflows, user journeys, and process maps
• Create wireframes to support product design and development
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience
• Work with development teams for implementation, testing, and feature closure
• Perform API testing and validation using relevant tools
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Product Analysis / Business Analysis / Product Management roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or digital platforms
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
