Role Definition & Overview
GreyOrange is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Product Analyst to support Product Management initiatives for our GreyMatter product. This role will work closely with the Product Managers and cross-functional teams to drive product insights, define requirements, analyse user behaviour, support roadmap execution, and contribute to data-driven product decisions.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen and a passion for solving customer problems through technology.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers to gather, analyse, and document product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and product enhancements.
- Analyse product usage, customer feedback, and operational data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain product performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
- Support roadmap planning, feature prioritisation, and release tracking activities.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Assist in defining product success metrics and monitor feature adoption and business impact.
- Perform root cause analysis of product issues and collaborate with stakeholders on resolution plans.
- Create product documentation, business cases, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), feature validation, and product launch activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional product requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycles.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
