About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Product Management team and contribute to the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade products. This role offers strong exposure to product strategy, customer engagement, and cross functional collaboration, making it ideal for professionals eager to grow in product management.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and customer requirements in the form of User Stories, BRDs/FRDs

• Support product roadmap planning and assist in feature prioritization

• Perform functional testing and validation of product features

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product decisions

• Participate in customer discussions, demos, and solution walkthroughs

• Deliver product training and enablement sessions for Sales, Pre-Sales, and Implementation teams • Create, review, and maintain product documentation including user guides, release notes, and product collateral

• Support product configuration and Proof of Concepts (POCs)

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve product outcomes

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong Knowledge of IAM, PAM or IGA Product/Solution

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst

• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and functional documentation practices

• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools

• Ability to conduct market research and engage effectively with stakeholders

• Exposure to SaaS or enterprise software products is an added advantage
