Senior Producer - Programming Fiction

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging fiction content for assigned shows/time slots, from ideation to execution.
• Ensure high creative and production standards are maintained consistently.
• Review ideas, stories, and scripts in alignment with programming strategy.
• Analyze consumer insights and share findings with the Cluster Head.
• Monitor competition, propose content adjustments, and implement improvements to maintain an edge.
• Drive shows toward slot leadership, higher market share, and agreed TVRs.
• Ensure minimum episodes banking for assigned shows.
• Preview serials and ensure storytelling and production quality meets channel standards.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal network teams and production houses.
