Role Description The Senior Procurement Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including creating and administering purchase orders, overseeing supplier evaluation processes, and ensuring timely availability of aviation components and equipment. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing pricing and terms, coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The Senior Procurement Specialist will also support contract negotiation, monitor supplier performance, and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement policies and procedures to align with aviation standards and organizational goals.

Qualifications

Strong procurement expertise with hands-on experience in Procurement and Purchase Orders management.
Demonstrated capability in Supplier Evaluation and supplier relationship management.
Proven experience in Contract Negotiation, including terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.
Advanced Analytical Skills for cost analysis, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization.
Experience in aviation or industrial manufacturing procurement is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in ERP or procurement systems, MS Excel, and standard office software.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
