Senior Procurement Operations Analyst-Coupa

We have an great opportunity for the role of Procurement Operations Analyst - Coupa.

Relevant Exp : 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

1) Daily procurement operational administrative system tasks for sourcing and procurement, Coupa, Ariba

2) Enabling the system through content creation (e.g. catalogs); identifying and working with suppliers that can provide the content, and help training on using the supplier portal.

3) Providing support to the business for procurement system related matters, maintaining effective communication & interface with the organization as needed

4) Maintaining a high-level knowledge of all procurement, supplier, contract management and sourcing solution suites

5) Assist in monitoring Procure 2 Pay (P2P) systems compliance and assist with process documentation

6) Assist in maintaining approval workflows, user maintenance, user training and reporting.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 days Preferred
