Salary : (80K – Depends upon Experience)

Role Title: Project Manager – Senior Procurement Manager – Interior Fit-Outs (6–7 Years)

Role Overview

The Senior Procurement Manager leads and controls end‑to‑end procurement strategy for interior fit‑out projects, ensuring cost optimization, timely delivery, vendor performance, and quality compliance. The role plays a critical part in project success, profitability, and scaling operations.

Procurement Strategy & Planning

  • Define and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare material and subcontract procurement plans based on project schedules.
  • Forecast procurement cash flow and support project budgeting.

Vendor Development & Management

  • Source, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors and subcontractors.
  • Develop long-term rate contracts and preferred vendor lists.
  • Monitor vendor quality, delivery performance, and compliance.

Cost Control & Negotiation

  • Lead high value negotiations for materials, furniture, and subcontract packages.
  • Conduct technocommercial evaluations and finalize vendors.
  • Drive value engineering initiatives to improve project margins.

Purchase Order & Contract Control

  • Review and approve POs, WOs, and commercial terms.
  • Ensure clear scope definitions, timelines, payment terms, and penalties.
  • Manage deviations, variations, and procurement-related escalations.

CrossFunctional Coordination

  • Work closely with Project Managers, Design teams, QS, and Finance.
  • Align procurement timelines with site execution and design approvals.
  • Support project teams in resolving procurement and vendor issues.

Quality, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure materials and subcontract outputs meet approved specifications.
  • Oversee MIRs, approvals, rejections, and replacements.
  • Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, audits, and statutory requirements.

Team & MIS Management

  • Lead and mentor junior procurement staff.
  • Review procurement MIS, savings reports, and vendor analytics.
  • Present procurement performance reports to management.

Materials & Packages Handled

  • Civil works and finishes
  • Custom & modular furniture
  • Electrical, lighting, HVAC, firefighting, plumbing
  • Data, security, AV and access control systems

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering / architecture / construction management
  • 6–7 years of procurement experience in interior fitouts / turnkey projects
  • Strong grasp of BOQs, contracts, and specifications
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, procurement dashboards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
