Position Overview :-
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations across food ingredients, packaging materials, consumables, equipment, and indirect categories. The role focuses on ensuring uninterrupted supply, optimizing procurement costs, maintaining quality standards, and building strong supplier partnerships to support business growth.
The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing expertise, negotiation skills, vendor management capabilities, and experience working in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, QSR, or D2C Food businesses.
Key Responsibilities :-
Oversee end-to-end procurement operations
Source food ingredients, packaging, and consumables
Develop and manage supplier relationships
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
Drive procurement cost optimization initiatives
Identify and onboard new vendors
Ensure uninterrupted supply across operations
Monitor inventory and procurement planning
Track market trends and commodity pricing
Manage vendor performance and compliance
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Quality, and Warehouse teams
Ensure procurement SOP and policy adherence

Eligibility:-
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management preferred
10–12 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain functions
Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, QSR, D2C Food Brands, or Consumer Goods industries
Strong experience in sourcing food ingredients, packaging materials, and consumables
Proven track record in vendor negotiations and cost-saving initiatives
Experience managing multiple vendors and procurement categories
Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of inventory planning and procurement compliance standards
