About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement strategy for interior fit-out projects, ensuring cost optimization, timely delivery, vendor performance, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategy & Planning: Define procurement strategies aligned with project timelines; prepare material and subcontract procurement plans; forecast cash flow

· Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors; develop rate contracts and preferred vendor lists; monitor performance and compliance

· Cost Control & Negotiation: Lead high-value negotiations for materials, furniture, and subcontract packages; drive value engineering to improve margins

· Purchase Orders & Contracts: Review and approve POs, WOs, and commercial terms; manage deviations and escalations

· Coordination: Work with Project Managers, Design, QS, and Finance teams; align procurement with site execution

· Quality & Compliance: Ensure materials meet specifications; oversee MIRs, approvals, and rejections; adhere to SOPs

· Team & MIS: Mentor junior staff; review procurement MIS, savings reports, and vendor analytics

Materials Handled:

Civil works, finishes, custom & modular furniture, electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, data, security, AV, and access control systems.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management

· 6–7 years of procurement experience in interior fitouts or turnkey projects

· Strong grasp of BOQs, contracts, and specifications

· Excellent negotiation and leadership skills

· Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and procurement dashboards
