About Company:

We at Autoplant System (www.autoplant.in) pride ourselves on providing innovative solutions for factory automation and supply chain efficiency. We are a 10-year company based in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune etc..with a team strength of around 340. Job Description:

Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with the company's overall supply chain and operational goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs, forecast demand, and establish procurement plans.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and vendors to ensure a diversified and reliable supplier base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts.

Monitor supplier performance and address any issues, ensuring consistent quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.

Source and procure goods, materials, and services necessary for the company's operational needs while considering cost, quality, and lead times.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define specifications and requirements for procurement.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable agreements that meet company objectives.

Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable, compliant, and aligned with company policies.

Collect and analyze procurement data to identify trends, track supplier performance, and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).

Prepare regular reports for management, providing insights on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Desired Skills:

Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.

Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as data analysis and reporting.

Knowledge of supply chain logistics processes and industry trends.

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage risks and disruptions effectively.
