The Role

The Senior Process Specialist will be at the forefront of managing operations and client relationships in the German-speaking markets. This role requires proficiency in German (C1 level) and a strong focus on optimizing workflows and delivering top-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities -

Customer Engagement:

  • Build long-term relationships with German-speaking clients through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Promote value-added services and upselling opportunities tailored to customer needs.

Operational Excellence:

  • Identify and address process gaps to enhance efficiency and ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and deliver consistent results.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable reports for leadership.
  • Use insights to develop strategies for process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive solutions for operational challenges.
  • Act as a liaison between the German market and internal teams for smooth process integration.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English is mandatory
  • 3-5 years of experience in process management, customer engagement, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in upselling or selling products/services in the German market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
