Job Description

Ghrs Training is looking for a Senior Process Specialist to join our customer operations team. If you have experience in customer handling and are ready to take on a role with increased responsibility, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex customer inquiries and issues, providing advanced support and resolution.
  • Act as an escalation point for junior team members, guiding them through challenging customer interactions and process complexities.
  • Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify trends and suggest process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and operational procedures in all customer interactions.
  • Contribute to training and mentoring new team members on best practices in customer handling.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and effective communication.

About You:

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in customer handling.
  • You are a Graduate from any discipline.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • You are adept at problem-solving and can navigate complex customer scenarios effectively.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
