Senior Process Safety Engineer-Site Projects-TSI

We are seeking a Process Safety Engineer to provide critical support to our Site Projects. You will leverage your deep expertise to ensure compliance with regulations, manage process safety risks, and implement pragmatic solutions for safe, reliable, and compliant operations. You will be actively involved in required process hazard analysis and management of change activities to help ensure risks are identified and properly managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Safety Expertise: Provide process safety expertise by performing and reviewing complex calculations and analyses, including dispersion modeling. You will support the development of Process Design Basis and Project Safety Philosophies.
• Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment: Facilitate and participate in HAZOP, LOPA, and What-If analyses. You will provide expertise for MoCs, brownfield projects, and modifications, ensuring risks are managed and reduced.
• Project & Technical Management: Support the delivery of regional projects and lead the resolution of complex, multi-discipline technical issues. You will review deliverables from external contractors and vendors to ensure they meet project requirements.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all activities meet compliance and audit requirements. You will apply your knowledge of engineering standards and industry best practices for process safety engineering to all projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Record relevant learnings in shared systems and incorporate them into local activities. You will also have a track record of engaging with and influencing teams to deliver engineering improvements and a passion for continuous improvement.
