JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution of credit card campaign setup, configuration, and deployment within enterprise offer management systems. This role ensures operational excellence through rigorous quality controls, compliance validation, and data integrity oversight across all stages of the offer lifecyclefrom activation through expiration. The position requires strong technical acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and compliance stakeholders to deliver error-free, compliant credit card offers to market.
Offer Configuration & Campaign Execution
- Manage end-to-end import processes for enterprise offer management platforms by reviewing, validating, and executing import templates containing APR updates, Beacon Rate adjustments, Prime Rate changes, ETL logic, rolling criteria, offer expiration dates, and respond-by parameters.
- Execute precise system updates to activate, extend, or expire credit card campaigns in alignment with approved stakeholder requirements and regulatory timelines.
- Translate business requirements into technical configurations, ensuring seamless handoff from strategy to live execution.
Quality Assurance & Data Validation
- Perform comprehensive post-import validation by extracting and analyzing UMM reports from Business Intelligence systems
- Conduct systematic reconciliation of Business Intelligence systems against approved import templates to ensure 100% data accuracy and configuration integrity.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies between system inputs and reporting outputs, escalating critical issues as needed.
Compliance & Governance
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure all offer configurations meet compliance, regulatory, and risk management standards.
- Uphold data governance protocols by maintaining the Offer Repository as the centralized, authoritative source of truth for all active and planned credit card campaigns.
- Provide visibility and traceability across campaign lifecycles to support internal audits and stakeholder inquiries.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with business, marketing, and compliance teams to clarify requirements, validate change requests, and ensure alignment on campaign objectives.
- Develop Campaign Approval Documents (CADs) by translating approved campaign specifications into presentation-ready materials for executive and operational audiences.
- Capture, annotate, and document landing page specifications and visual updates with structured markup to drive execution clarity and reduce rework.
Required Technical Skills
- Offer Management Platforms: Strong working knowledge of ITSS or equivalent campaign execution and offer management systems.
- Business Intelligence & Reporting: Proven experience extracting, validating, and reconciling data from Cognos or similar BI/reporting platforms.
- Data Validation & Integrity: Ability to interpret and validate complex financial parameters including APRs, Beacon Rates, Prime Rates, ETL logic, rolling eligibility criteria, and expiration rules.
- Analytical Rigor: High attention to data accuracy, validation controls, discrepancy analysis, and root-cause investigation across integrated systems.
- Campaign Lifecycle Management: Familiarity with offer repositories, end-to-end campaign workflows, and compliance-driven change management processes.
- Process Discipline: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns with precision, timeliness, and audit readiness.
Required MS Office & Productivity Skills
- Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency in data validation, reconciliation, and reporting using formulas, filters, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
- Microsoft PowerPoint: Strong capability in CAD creation, campaign documentation, and executive-level stakeholder presentations.
- Microsoft Outlook: Professional communication skills for stakeholder coordination, follow-ups, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Microsoft Word: Working knowledge for process documentation, operational SOPs, and audit-ready records management.
Qualifications
- Experience: 57 years in credit card operations, digital campaign management, or offer configuration within financial services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Competencies: Strong project management skills, detail orientation, stakeholder management, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
