Job Title: Campaign Operations resource to support campaign streamlining, execution, and data operations for a major banking client. This role will sit at the intersection of campaign management, workflow optimisation, stakeholder coordination, and data operations.
The person should be able to bring more structure to campaign processes, work across business and analytics teams, and help drive more efficient execution across both ongoing and new campaign initiatives. This is a techno-functional role requiring strong project management capability, sound understanding of data processes, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the streamlining, implementation, and management of end-to-end campaign processes across multiple workstreams
Drive better structure, governance, and consistency across campaign workflows
Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to improve turnaround time and execution quality
Support both BAU / lifecycle campaigns and new campaign / program initiatives
Work with business, platform, and analytics teams to align requirements and drive execution
Bring strong oversight across timelines, dependencies, ownership, and escalations
Apply knowledge of data querying, best practices, and automation opportunities to improve data and campaign processes
Help drive stronger operational discipline, documentation, and governance across the workflow
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Marketing Operations, or a related field
5-8 years of relevant experience across campaign operations, marketing operations, data operations, project management, or related functions
Strong techno-functional background with the ability to bridge business and analytics teams
Good understanding of campaign workflows, execution processes, and process optimisation
Proficiency in data querying and analysis, with familiarity in data management / warehousing concepts
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to push actions, manage resistance, and escalate where needed
Strong project management capability across multiple workstreams and priorities
Able to work independently and bring structure in a complex, matrixed environment
