Designation: Senior Process Executive/ Process Specialist

Job Level: JL 2A/ 3A

Work location: Bangalore & Hyderabad

Exp: 1-5 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Shift Timings: Night shift

Qualification: Any Graduate (Full Time Education)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review borrower financial statements and supporting information.
• Enter and map financial data into designated spreading tools and templates.
• Apply documented accounting and spreading conventions, including agreed adjustments and normalization.
• Perform reconciliation, reasonableness checks and discrepancy identification.
• Complete assigned work within agreed turnaround and quality requirements.
• Maintain required work records, exception logs and status reporting.
• Participate in training, calibration, quality reviews and governance forums.

Candidate Profile:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Financial Operations.
• Prior experience in Financial Spreading is preferred.
• Good understanding of financial statements, accounting concepts, and financial analysis.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality and reconciliation checks.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work within defined SLAs and quality parameters.
