Role Objective
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer (IT) to join our Quality team. In this role, you will design, implement, and continuously improve business and technical processes that enhance efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. The Process Engineer plays a pivotal role in aligning operational workflows with organizational goals, regulatory mandates, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current workflows and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies
- Develop scalable, repeatable processes using the CMMI (Level 3 and above), ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement processes and enhance usage of in-house as well as third party project management tools
- Define KPIs and build dashboards to track process health and outcomes
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive process adoption
- Ensure continuous process improvement
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Operations, or related field
- 35 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in CMMI Level 3 (or above) in at least 2 organizations
- Experience in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, draw.io)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
