We are looking for a highly experienced Process Engineer to lead utilities performance, reliability, safety, and cost optimization across our global operations within the Oil & Gas sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and improve performance of refinery utility systems including steam, power, water, and other supporting utilities.
Lead troubleshooting and optimization of utilities processes to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, safety, and cost effectiveness.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance for utilities operations and process improvements.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction across utilities operations.
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 15+ years of experience in utilities operations within the Oil & Gas / Refinery industry.
At least 10+ years of hands-on experience in refinery utilities operations.
Strong knowledge of utilities systems such as steam generation, power distribution, water treatment, and cooling systems.
Strong stakeholder coordination skills and technical leadership abilities.
Proven ability to drive process optimization, troubleshooting, and performance improvement initiatives.
