Senior Process Engineer

1. Responsible for verifying 2D Drawings and step files received from the Design Team.

2. Responsible for verifying the BOM, DAL & Assembly drawings from the Design Team.

3. Responsible for sharing the 2D drawings and step files with the programming team for manufacturing.

4. Responsible for ballooning the drawings and issuing the same documents to respective departments with controlled copies stamped.

5. Responsible for making the stage drawings for machining parts.

6. Responsible for uploading the part number import to ERP

7. Responsible for uploading the RM Size to ERP

8. Responsible for creating the control plan & Route card.

9. Responsible for creating the assembly process sheet for the assembly team.

10. Responsible for maintaining configuration management.
