Location: Sri City, Andhra Pradesh

1. Roles and Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Design: Evaluate existing workflows to identify

bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or risks. Design improved by using

methodologies like automation, Kaizen and line balancing. Process

design for new projects and maintain existing project

Documentation & Standardization: Develop, maintain, and update

SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) regarding process design.

Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to implement

process improvements and change initiatives.

Technology Implementation: Drive the adoption of automation tools,

Robotic Process Automation and implement new technology to improve

NSIP process.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor KPIs to assess the impact of

process changes and implement continuous improvement cycles.

Compliance: Conduct audits to ensure new processes comply with

company policies.

Capacity Analysis - Evaluate existing capacity to identify bottlenecks

and add. New line equipment's to support customer requirements.

2. Finance and Budget Management Responsibilities

Cost Reduction Targeting: Responsibility for identifying process

improvement opportunities that reduce operating costs .

Project Budgeting: Develop, monitor, and adhere to budgets for new

projects by process design .

ROI Analysis: Evaluate the cost-benefit of new process designs

before implementation.

Resource Forecasting: Forecast future resource needs (staffing,

technology) to ensure cost-efficient operations.

3. Team Handling and Reporting Structure

Reporting To: Typically reports to the Head PED.

Reporting Line: Manages process designers and junior process

engineers.

Team Leadership: Leads, mentors, and develops team members,

fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Works closely with IT, operations,

quality, and R&D teams to implement changes.
