Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Requirement

• 1–3 years of experience in US International Voice Process with Sales
• Strong sales and customer handling skills
• Excellent English verbal communication is mandatory

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries effectively
• Promote and guide customers on company products/services
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Work towards achieving sales and performance targets
• Learn and efficiently use company tools and applications
