Description

We are seeking a Senior Process Associate to join our team globally. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, and a strong background in International Customer Support.

Responsibilities

Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement process changes.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on process performance.
Provide training and support to junior associates and new team members.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to project planning.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or any graduation.
1-4 years of experience in process management or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
