Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Process Associate specializing in Accessible PDF production, based in Coimbatore. The role involves ensuring accessibility compliance across digital content, processing and converting files into accessible PDF formats, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project requirements and deadlines. The Senior Process Associate will also provide quality assurance and troubleshoot any issues related to document accessibility.

Qualifications

• Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate content accessibility requirements and implement solutions
• PDF Accessibility (PDF/UA, WCAG compliance)
• Tagging structure (Headings, Lists, Tables, Figures)
• Reading order correction
• Form accessibility remediation
• QC/QA of accessible PDFs
• Adobe Acrobat Pro / Accessibility tools knowledge
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field is preferred
