Overview
Gallagher is expanding its footprint and we are seeking individuals to support the Global Talent Acquisition Support (TAGS) team to support Recruitment team members in the United States, United Kingdom and/or Australia. Key responsibilities include; managing candidate activities within Applicant Tracking System (ATS), scheduling interviews, documenting requisition processes, coordinating internal job postings, creating offer contracts, and acting as liaison for candidates throughout requisition process. Team members will works within specific limits and authority on assignments that are routine and of low to moderate complexity.
Agency candidates will not be considered for this position.
Responsibilities
How you'll make an impact
- Experience working in an ATS/Recruitment Module (iCIMS, PeopleSoft, Taleo, Workday)
- Exposure to hire processes in US, UK and/or APAC
- Proficient in English both verbal & written, direct interaction with internal stakeholders
- Ability to create/manage Requisition life cycle in an ATS
- Proficiency in candidate management (scheduling interviews, manage candidates/recruiter/stakeholders)
- Should be proficient in understanding Process Maps, SOP, RACI
- Ability to problem solve and provide exceptional stakeholder support
Qualifications
About you
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Sales or similar
- 4+ years work experience
