We are seeking an accomplished technology leader to architect, engineer, and scale enterprise-grade Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, hands-on technical mastery, and the ability to steer large engineering initiatives. You will lead platform development, oversee secure deployments, drive integrations across the identity ecosystem, and ensure that privileged access controls remain resilient, compliant, and high-performing across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
PAM Platform Engineering & Architecture
Lead the design, build, and continuous enhancement of the enterprise PAM platform.
Architect secure, scalable, and resilient privileged access controls to protect high-value assets.
Oversee end-to-end engineering activitiesfrom requirement analysis to deployment and ongoing optimization.
Deployment, Upgrades & Integrations
Manage complex on-prem, cloud, and hybrid PAM deployments.
Direct modernization and migration strategies from legacy platforms.
Lead integration efforts with enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) ecosystems such as SailPoint and Saviynt.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional needs into engineered solutions.
Automation, Customization & Development
Utilize strong programming expertise (Java, C#, C, Python, etc.) to automate workflows, enhance platform functionality, and improve operational efficiency.
Implement configuration frameworks and engineering best practices for secure privileged access operations.
Technical Leadership & Governance
Establish engineering standards, secure configuration baselines, and operational processes.
Provide architectural guidance to engineering teams and mentor team members.
Ensure continuous compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and security guidelines.
Required Skills & Expertise
Deep expertise across enterprise PAM technologies, vaulting mechanisms, session management, and credential rotation frameworks.
Strong command of privileged access workflows, integrations, and large-scale security deployments.
Hands-on experience with hybrid cloud architectures and identity platforms.
Programming proficiency in Java, C#, C, Python, or equivalent languages.
Experience integrating PAM with broader IGA solutions such as SailPoint or Saviynt.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
