- ePerform redesigns of current production products with component shortage or obsolescence issues
- .Provide technical expertise for component related issues including alternate component selection for obsolescence issues and assisting on process issues
- .Provide technical reports and communications to global Watlow team members
- .Able to work, rework perform test on PCBA and components considering value engineering
- .Need to be familiar with the PCBA components and the market commodities of the materials to identify the standards parts and whether the materials are suitable or no

- sAbility to troubleshoot failed units as needed and provide written technical reports and analyses
- .Train, advise, review, problem-solve, and collaborate with 3rd party development partner
- sWork with Watlow engineering team members on product definition, development, test, QA, deployment, maintenance & suppor
- tAnalyze designs and support Design FMEA creation and revisions
