Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PCB Layout Engineer with strong expertise in Allegro tools to join our hardware design team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PCB layout design, board release processes, and high/low-speed signal design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop PCB layouts using Allegro tools
• Create and validate Gerber files for manufacturing
• Prepare and manage board release packages
• Follow and implement high-speed and low-speed signal design rules
• Define and review layer stack-up structures
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions
• Ensure design quality, manufacturability, and compliance with standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in PCB layout design
• Strong hands-on experience with Cadence Allegro
• In-depth knowledge of:
• Signal integrity (high & low frequency)
• PCB layout best practices
• Layer stacking principles
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and collaboration skills
